Kung Fu for Health: Beginning Series

Share

Kung fu is a Chinese martial art and exercise based on the same principles as tai chi. It is a faster, more aerobic form of moving meditation that brings together natural movement with breathing and mindful intent. In this series, we will explore basic techniques, exercises, meditations, and mindfulness practices that you can do anytime and anywhere. These practices can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve balance, coordination, circulation, flexibility, and promote wellness.
