Dan-Feng Mei, JD

Dan-Feng Mei is an assistant general counsel in Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center’s Office of Technology Development. She serves in the legal unit that manages clinical research contracts.

Before joining MSK in 2021, Dan-Feng worked at the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation as interim director of Grants and Mission-Related Investments, and as a legal contracts officer. Earlier roles include serving as an IP litigation associate at Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP; and as an Intern in the New York State Office of the Attorney General, Environmental Protection Bureau. Previously, Dan-Feng worked as a research technician in the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at Columbia University Medical Center.

Dan-Feng received a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in Neuroscience and Behavior from Barnard College. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
