Eric Hsu is an Assistant General Counsel in Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Office of Technology Development. He joined MSK in 2021.

Earlier, Eric worked in the New York office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, where he served as a commercial litigation and life sciences associate. Previously, he spent two years as a CV Starr Lecturer in Law at the Peking University School of Transnational Law.

Eric received his law degree from Boston University School of Law in 2010. He received his bachelor’s in humanities from Stanford University. Eric is admitted to the bar in New York and New Jersey.
