Hannah Ovadia

Hannah Ovadia is a Clinical Research Coordinator for the Genomics, Risk, and Health Decision-Making Lab. She received her MA in Psychology from Montclair State University, where her research focused on the neurological mechanisms of Major Depressive Disorder. Specifically, she explored the relationship between thyroid hormones and depressive behaviors using a hypothyroid mouse model. She was most recently a Research Assistant at Kessler Foundation, where her work with MS and spinal cord injury patients sparked a strong interest in the psychological effects of illness.
