BS, Massachusetts Institute of Technology

My research background consists of studying the activities of natural killer cells and regulatory T cells in autochthonous lung adenocarcinoma mouse models. I completed my undergraduate work in Tyler Jacks’s lab at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology. Today, I am primarily interested in cancer immunology and natural killer cell biology. I chose GSK for its focus on cancer biology and its many opportunities for immuno-oncology research at the Sloan Kettering Institute and in the Weill Cornell Medicine Graduate School of Medical Sciences Immunology and Microbial Pathogenesis Program. My current research focuses on characterizing natural killer cell populations and functions in the context of murine cytomegalovirus infection.
