Sean got his undergraduate in Pharmacy in Taipei, Taiwan. Unlike his peers becoming pharmacists mostly, he found his passion more in doing research and decided to go on a different journey overseas to pursue his PhD in cancer biology in GSK graduate school, New York. He joined Dr. Lowe’s lab focusing on understanding the interplay between immune cells and tumor cells in the context of senescence and tumor development.
Outside of lab, Sean is a foodie and New York abundant with all kinds of exotic cuisine is definite a paradise for him. He also likes to cook good dishes. To him, cooking is also another way of experimenting, adding some tasteful flavors to life.
