Hello. My name is Diane Reidy-Lagunes, and I'd like to welcome you to MSK's video series on questions related to COVID-19. I'm a medical oncologist, but during this pandemic, I have served on MSK's Hospital Incident Command Center as Chief of Clinical Care in the COVID setting. I want you to know that everything we do at MSK is to ensure the safety of our patients and employees. That always remains our north star. In these videos, you'll hear about some of the policies and procedures we put in place to ensure that safety is preserved.
