COVID-19 Vaccine Information for Patients

We are pleased to offer COVID-19 vaccines to all MSK patients who meet one of the following criteria:

  • Age 18 and over and who live, work, or study in New Jersey or New York State
  • Age 16 and over who are inpatients at MSK
  • Age 16 and over who are currently or have ever been outpatients at MSK and who live in New York State

To check your eligibility and to schedule a vaccination at MSK, please use this link. For people 16 and 17 years old, a parent or guardian must call their MSK doctor’s office to schedule a vaccination. You will not be able to schedule online.

You may have read that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have lifted a pause on giving the Johnson & Johnson/Janssen (J& J) vaccine. After an investigation revealing an extremely rare blood clotting disorder, federal health officials said they have confidence that the J & J vaccine is safe and effective in preventing COVID-19 for the vast majority of the US population and will save lives. You can read more here.
