The Patient and Family Advisory Council for Quality (PFACQ) is a volunteer group comprised of patients and caregivers that partners with care providers at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) to help make care more patient-centered.

We’re interviewing MSK cancer patients and caregivers like you to develop a living library of experiences. The collection of stories will assist MSK in its ongoing effort to provide the best care to patients anywhere. Your unique insights will help other patients and caregivers:

  • Navigate their path forward
  • Feel less alone
  • Talk with others about their experiences
  • Allow MSK staff to gain a better understanding of your individual experience going through cancer treatment

Share Your Story

Interested in sharing your cancer story? PFACQ conducts interviews with MSK patients and caregivers in-person, via telephone, or virtually by video call.

Sharing your patient or caregiver story can:

  • Validate your experiences, both positive and negative
  • Memorialize your unique experience
  • Help you connect with others facing similar challenges
  • Help MSK staff gain a deeper understanding of real patient experiences

If you’d like to share your story with us, email [email protected] and a PFACQ member will reach out to you with next steps.
